Apple Pie Overnight Oats by Brianna Bernard

⅓ cup old fashioned oats

⅓ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

⅓ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla protein powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup

 

Toppings:

¼ chopped Honeycrisp apple

1 Tbsp chopped raw walnuts or pecans

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients (except toppings) in a jar or other container with a tightly fitted lid and give them a good stir.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours.
  3. In the morning, add additional liquid if you prefer until you achieve desired consistency
  4. Add toppings
