Directions
- In a blender add all the ingredients minus the bread, and blend until you have no clumps (3-5 seconds)
- Lightly coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat. Once hot, add the soaked bread slices and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through..
- Dip each slice of bread into the custard mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Continue until all the bread is used.
- Top with maple syrup or powder sugar and serve
