Directions
For all variations:
- Crack a dozen eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Choose the ingredients you need based on the variation.
- Mix in 1 scoop of Isopure Unflavored protein powder, and your choice of ingredients with electric mixer.
- Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Place individual ingredients in muffin tins.
- Pour 1 egg (50 g or approx 1/4 cup) into each muffin tin.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
