Raspberry Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast by Chef Bayan
Directions
- Start with mixing your protein powder with milk until fully mixed then whisk in your eggs.
- Make your cheesecake mix by mixing your cream cheese and sugar and stir until smooth.
- Evenly spread cheesecake mix on two slices of bread and make two sandwiches.
- Dip your sandwiches in the egg mix for about 20 to 30 seconds.
- Cook over medium heat until golden brown on each side. For crispier French toast-Add cheesecake stuffing after you pan fried your French toast.
- Cook down your raspberries in a small pot with a little sugar or just mash them and spread on French toast. Top with some fresh raspberries, drizzle with some chocolate and whipped cream and enjoy!
