Garlic Parmesan Bread Bites by Chef Bayan

120g All purpose flour 
1.5 tsp baking powder 
29g Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
1/2 tsp salt 
120g plain Greek yogurt 

Butter Mix:
5 tbsp butter 
1 tsp Italian herb 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1.5 tbsp fresh or grated Parmesan 

Directions

  1. Mix all your dry ingredients
  2. And in your yogurt, slightly mix then add to food processor and blend until you have sticky dough 
  3. Lightly flour your surface or hands and knead your dough into a ball and roll into long noodle.
  4. Cut into 15-18 small pieces.
  5. Make butter mix by melting butter and adding garlic and Italian herb. 
  6. Brush your bread bites with butter mix and air fry at 300F for 7-8 minutes.
  7. Brush again with butter afterwards, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with a side of marinara!
