Ricotta Fresh Herb Protein Dip

1 cup Ricotta(240g)

3/4 scoop Isopure protein powder(25g)

1 tbsp milk

½ tbsp lemon juice

½ garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

½ tbsp parsley, minced

Directions

  1. In a food processor blend ricotta, protein, milk, garlic, lemon and olive oil until creamy
  2. Pour into a medium bowl and fold in your herbs, salt and pepper
  3. Top with some extra olive oil if desired and serve with bread or chips
