GOLDEN MANGO CITRUS SMOOTHIE

1 Frozen banana

1 cup Frozen mango chunks

1 cup Peeled and segmented orange

1-2 scoops Isopure Low Carb Protein-Naturally Sweetened

1/4 cup Roughly chopped carrot

1/2 inch piece or 1/4 tsp Roughly chopped fresh ginger or ground ginger

1/2 tsp Ground turmeric

1/8 tsp Ground black pepper

1 - 1 1/2 cups Water, as needed to blend

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until very smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
