Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, unsweetened coconut milk, raspberries, vanilla protein powder, stevia, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Portion your mix into individual jars. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.
- Once ready, top with blueberries and enjoy!
