Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding by Chef Bayan

1/4 cup chia seeds 
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or any milk 
1 scoop Isopure Zero Low Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder 
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
pinch of salt 
pinch of cinnamon(optional) 
1/2 cup blueberries 
1/4 cup raspberries 
2 tbsp honey or any sweetener of choice

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, unsweetened coconut milk, raspberries, vanilla protein powder, stevia, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. Portion your mix into individual jars. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.
  3. Once ready, top with blueberries and enjoy!
