Gingerbread Energy Balls by Chef Bayan

½ cup cashew butter 
1 ¼ cup oats  
1 scoop unflavoured protein powder 
¼ cup maple syrup or honey 
1 1/4 tsp gingerbread spice 
Pinch of salt  

Directions

  1. In a food processor add in all your ingredients and blend together until you have a smooth ball of dough. Add more spice if you want a spicier gingerbread flavor. 
  2. If the dough is to stick, add a little more oats. 
  3. Roll into balls and refrigerate for a few minutes to firm up.
