High Protein Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough by Chef Bayan

1 cup cottage cheese, low fat 
 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup or honey 
 1-2 tsp vanilla extract 
 ¾ cup almond flour 
 1 1/2 scoop Zero Low Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder 
 2-4 tbsp mini chocolate chips 
 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla Jello mix

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend your cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Add in your sweetener,vanilla, protein powder and jello mix and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour your batter into a bowl, add in your chocolate chips and enjoy!
