No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Cookies by Chef Bayan
Directions
- In a double boiler or microwave safe bowl, melted your chocolate chips with your coconut oil
- Once melted, add in your protein powder and mix well.
- In a food processor blend together your oats and coconut flakes for 5-10 seconds. If you want a chunkier cookie, only blend for a couple of seconds.
- Add in your oat mix into your melted chocolate.
- Mix all together until you have a smooth, thich batter.
- Roll into balls and shape into a cookie, place in freezer or fridge to firm.
