Caramel Apple Mug Cake

1 scoop- Isopure Zero/Low Carb Creamy Vanilla

1 Tbsp- Unsweetened apple sauce 

1/4 cup- Almond milk 

1 cup- All-purpose flour 

1/4 tsp- Baking powder 

2 Tbsp- Diced Apples 

1/8 tsp- Apple Pie Spice 

1 tsp- Caramel Sauce 

1 tsp- Almond butter 

Directions

  1. Place almond butter, applesauce, and milk in a bowl and whisk until uniform.
  2. Add the Isopure Zero/Low Carb protein powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and apple pie spice to the bowl with wet ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into two cups or ramekin and top with diced apples.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, until the cake is firm to the touch. Don’t overcook as it gets dry very easily.
  5. Serve immediately, with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
