Caramel Apple Mug Cake
Directions
- Place almond butter, applesauce, and milk in a bowl and whisk until uniform.
- Add the Isopure Zero/Low Carb protein powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and apple pie spice to the bowl with wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into two cups or ramekin and top with diced apples.
- Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, until the cake is firm to the touch. Don’t overcook as it gets dry very easily.
- Serve immediately, with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
