Protein Granola
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F/160C. In a large bowl, whisk together the liquid sweetener, coconut and nut butter. Add the oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax, protein powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture in an even layer on a large baking sheet and bake until golden, about 20-30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Serve granola with coconut yogurt and chopped fruit and berries.
