2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter (room temperature)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until fully combined and smooth
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract just until combined
  4. Add flour and Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder, mix just until a ball of dough forms
  5. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut out desired shapes
  6. Bake for 10 minutes
  7. Let cool and decorate
