Protein Rice Krispies by Chef Bayan

3 tbsp butter 
270g marshmallows 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
3 scoops Zero Low Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder or Zero Carb Unflavoured Protein Powder
4 cup Rice Krispie's or cereal of choice

Directions

  1. Add your cereal to a bowl.
  2. Melt butter on low heat
  3. Add in marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Add 1 scoop of protein powder at a time and stir well
  5. Pour mixture into cereal bowl and mix until evenly coated.
  6. Press into in a 9x9 or 8x8 dish and let cool until firm. Cut into 6-8 pieces.
