Strawberry Cream Parfait
Directions
- In a Ziploc bag crush your cookies and evenly portion into two cups.
- In a bowl mix lite cooled whipped cream, greek yogurt, jello mix, protein, and vanilla extract. Using a whisk whip until smooth.
- Evenly portion half of your mix into your cups, then slice 2 strawberries and layer on top of the cream.
- Top with remaining cream, add another strawberry.
- You can add a little more cool whip if you like.
- Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy. Or you can keep it refrigerated after freezing.
