White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Bark by Chef Bayan

100g White chocolate 
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop Zero Carb Vanilla protein powder
½ tsp pumpkin spice powder 
Pinch of salt 

Directions

  1. Melted your chocolate over a double boiler or a microwave safe dish.
  2. Mix in your protein, spice and salt and stir until you have no chunks.
  3. Pour overtop of parchment paper and place on a plate, lightly dust with more spice if desired.
  4. Freeze until solid. Break into chunks and enjoy!
