Chicken & Cheese Protein Quesadilla
Directions
- In a skillet, combine 2 tbsp olive oil with 2 lbs chicken tenderloins, ¼ cup Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate, 1 tsp garlic powder, pinch of dried oregano, pinch of paprika, and salt & pepper to taste. Cook chicken over medium heat until golden, about 10 minutes.
- Drizzle chicken with lime juice and let cool before slicing.
- To assemble the quesadillas, add 1 tbsp butter to large skillet, melting over medium heat before adding large flour tortilla (12-14 inches) and topping with half of chicken mixture and ½ cup shredded cheese. Top with other tortilla.
- Cook until golden on one side and flip carefully. Repeat to make second quesadilla.
Topping:
- Mix up ½ cup sour cream with 2 tbsp Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate and salt & pepper to taste. Add a dollop of sour cream mixture to top of each quesadilla and garnish with sliced green onion.
