Glazed Donut Overnight Oats by Chef Bayan

Overnight Oats:

  • ½ cup Quick oats
  • ½ milk of choice
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Glaze:

  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp milk of choice 

Directions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine all overnight oat ingredients, Stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  3. Make the Glaze: Before serving, mix powdered sugar substitute with milk, butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the glaze over the oats and enjoy!
