Garlic Rosemary Buns by Chef Bayan

150g plain greek yogurt 
125g All-purpose Self-rising flour 
1 scoop Unflavoured protein powder
1 ¼ tsp garlic powder  
1 ¼ tsp Rosemary  
Pinch of salt  

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until you have a thick ball of dough.  
  2. If your dough is still a little wet, lightly flour your surface and knead your dough on the floured surface until its easy to work with. 
  3. Cut into 5- 6 pieces and roll into balls 
  4. Lightly spray your airfryer with cooking spray, add in your bun and cook at 375F for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown on the outside.  
  5. Brush with melted butter, top with some extra rosemary or garlic and enjoy!

Note: If buns are to big they wont fully cook on the inside, keep them in smaller portions for even cooking.
