Shrimp & Avocado Protein Tostadas by Erin Rowe

1 small bag of medium shrimp 
1 1bsp olive oil 
½ decided onion 
1 tbsp minced garlic 
¼ cup Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder 
Pinch of salt & pepper 
4 tostada shells 
½ sliced avocado 
1 tsp of fresh parsley 
4 lime wedges;  Squeezed (1 wedge per tostada) 

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine small bag of medium cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined & thawed) with 1 tbl olive oil, ½ a diced onion and 1 tbl minced garlic.
  2. Cook until soft and add in 1 tsp paprika, 
  3. Add in 1/4 cup Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder and salt & pepper to taste. 
  4. Cook one minute longer. Pull from heat. 
  5. On 4 tostada shells layer in ½ a slice avocado each with the shrimp mixture, adding in fresh parsley to taste and a squeeze of fresh lime juice per tostada.
