Turkey Chili by Brianna Bernard

2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Turkey

1 scoop of Isopure Unflavored protein powder

Two 15 oz cans of each:

  • Chili Beans
  • Black Beans
  • Great Northern Beans
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ chopped yellow onion
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder

Directions

  1. Add beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and chili powder to a Dutch oven and simmer on low to medium heat and cover, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes
  2. Brown ground turkey until there is no pink
  3. Add chopped onion to ground turkey mix and simmer until onions are translucent.
  4. Add and stir-in turkey/onion mixture to Dutch oven
  5. Continue to simmer on low to medium heat and cover for additional 15 minutes
  6. Portion out 1 cup of chili into a bowl
  7. Add in 1 scoop of Isopure Unflavored protein powder
  8. Optional: add chives, sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, avocado and a lime wedge for toppings and ENJOY!
